Website purpose. This website provides general information about Nuxa Logistics and channels for enquiries, quote requests and shipment milestone viewing. Website content does not itself create a transport booking or binding service obligation.
Quotes and bookings. A submitted request is an invitation for review. A service is confirmed only through the company’s approved written process and any required commercial or transport documentation. Rates, timing, routing and availability remain subject to the verified shipment details and operational confirmation.
Customer information. Users are responsible for supplying accurate, complete and lawful cargo and contact information. Restricted, controlled, hazardous, temperature-sensitive or otherwise specialised goods must be disclosed and are not accepted unless Nuxa Logistics expressly confirms the relevant capability in writing.
Tracking. Public tracking milestones are informational and may not reflect events that have not yet been entered or approved. An estimated delivery date appears only when supplied and remains an estimate.
Intellectual property. The Nuxa Logistics name, original website design, copy and brand assets may not be reused without permission. Third-party assets remain governed by their recorded licences.
Acceptable use. Users must not attempt unauthorized access, submit malicious files, misuse forms, scrape private areas or interfere with the website’s operation.
Liability and governing terms. The final limits, exclusions, governing law, dispute process and contracting entity must be completed by qualified counsel and aligned with Nuxa Logistics service contracts before publication.
